He has learned to organize his time well and establish goals that allow him to not only meet his deadlines but turn in his completed tees early. Samir has also learned to develop action plans for his work. This allows him to to complete various sets of tees based on quantities and boxing requirements, doing so without assistance or complex oversight. Samir is a model employee, taking on whatever is asked of him. He’s also extremely willing and eager to take on new tasks as he advances toward even further improvement as a team member.
